Who you're dealing with
smart.ad is run by Crunch Geek Inc. ("we", "us"). Reach us at ping@smart.ad.
What smart.ad does
- Free scan. We check a website's public pages for ad tracking, landing page, and brand-bidding problems.
- Pebble. An AI assistant that answers questions, runs scans, and passes you to a person when you need one.
- Account audit. A free, read-only review of your ad account by a specialist, when you ask for one.
- Ad management. Running your ads is a paid service under a separate agreement and price, agreed before any work starts.
Using the scan
Only scan websites you own or have permission to check. Don't use smart.ad to probe, overload, or scrape sites, or to get around our limits. We may block anyone who does.
What we can't promise
- Scan results and Pebble's answers are automated and can be wrong or incomplete. Check before acting on them.
- We can't guarantee ad results, costs, or rankings. Ad platforms set their own prices and rules.
- Free tools are provided as they are, and may change or pause without notice.
Ad platforms
Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, and others have their own terms. You're responsible for your accounts with them, and you can remove our access at any time.
Our content
The smart.ad name, Pebble, the site, and the blog are ours. Quote and link to posts freely; don't copy them wholesale or pass them off as yours. Your website, data, and ad accounts stay yours.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or ad spend, from using the free tools. For paid services, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using smart.ad after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Crunch Geek Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
